Shipping policy

Order Production Time

All our products are custom-made and proudly crafted in Australia. As a result, orders take between 14 to 45 business days to produce prior to shipping. Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it to you using your selected shipping method.

Each product will state on the product page their respective production times depending on the level of complexity of the prop and our workload, you will have to click to accept prior adding to cart so you cannot miss it :).

More often than not, we will complete a prop under the advised production time upon checkout.

Domestic Shipping Options (Australia)

Express Shipping:

  • Delivery: 1 to 4 business days

Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery: 2 to 8 business days

    • Free Shipping: Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping!

International Shipping Options

We ship internationally via Australia Post Economy Express International:

  • Standard International Shipping:

    • Delivery: 6 to 14 business days

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
